St. Andrew's UMC wants to remind you that we offer electronic giving as a way to automate your regular weekly offering. Electronic giving offers convenience for individual congregation members and provides much-needed donation consistency for our congregation.
Direct Debit Giving is used to automatically transfer funds from your checking or savings account to the church's bank account.
Credit & Debit Card Giving lets you make offerings automatically on a predetermined schedule using a credit or debit card.
What are the benefits of EFT? Here are just a few:
• The satisfaction of knowing that you are always giving to God first
• Less work for volunteers in processing the collections
• A more predictable income flow for better church planning
• Improved cash management with less labor for you
• Easier personal budgeting
To register for electronic giving, please print out the EFT form, fill out, and return to church office, along with a voided check.
You choose a donation frequency: weekly, semimonthly, or monthly. Indicate the amount of the contribution for each of the fund(s) you wish to support--the General Fund or the Building Fund. Then complete the remainder of the Authorization Form, mail it to the church office, or drop it in the offering plate, and we will arrange for your checking or savings account to be debited as you select.
For those of you who do not wish to take advantage of EFT, the traditional choices still remain. You can place your check or cash in the offering plate each week. If you do choose to participate, and would still like to place something in the offering plate, you can mark your envelope "EFT," along with your name, and place it in the plate.
